Ian, Evan, & Alexander Corporation, or IEA, was founded in 1999 as a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business in Colorado. In 2006, the company relocated to Washington, D.C. to better serve our Federal customers. Originally, IEA performed business acquisition consulting services for clients such as General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, and others, but quickly transitioned into a full-spectrum professional service provider to many Federal agencies.
At present, IEA has operations in Northern Virginia; Washington D.C.; Fort Huachuca, Arizona; Providence, Rhode Island; and Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. IEA has prime contracts with many Federal agencies, including the U.S. Army; the U.S. Air Force; the U.S. Navy; the National-Geospatial Intelligence Agency, or NGA; the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, or NRC; the Department of Veterans Affairs; the Department of State; and subcontracts with several Federal prime contractors, including SRA for our U.S. Coast Guard program, and CLR for work in the Undersecretary of the Air Force for Acquisitions Office.
In the past 5 years, IEA has been successful obtaining several critically important contract vehicles and securing direct prime contracts, which include Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS), Advertising and Integrating Marketing Solutions (AIMS), Alliant Small Business, and numerous task orders on our Veterans Services Government Wide Acquisitions Contract, or VETS GWAC; a blanket purchasing agreement with the Department of Veterans Affairs for SharePoint integration; Professional, Technical, Administrative, and Program Support Services, known as PTAPSS, program with the Department of State; Biometric Operations Support Services-Restricted, or BOSS-R; Federal Aviation Administration eFAST; and the Navy SEAPORTe contract vehicle, where we are qualified for all regions.
Our core competencies have been acquired over the past 5 years of successful past performance and include: (1) program and project management services for contracts and acquisitions management, earned value management, integrated master planning and scheduling, information technology support, database conversion, SharePoint integration, inventory management, enterprise infrastructure, and 3D simulation; and (2) professional, technical and administrative staffing support, including technical writing and editing, desktop publishing, graphics design, and systems engineering.
