Navy SeaPort-e

Ian, Evan and Alexander Corporation has teamed with Dataline and Northrop Grumman on SeaPort-Enhanced (SeaPort-e), the U.S. Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas, to include engineering, financial management, and program management. SeaPort Multiple Award Contracts (MACs) provide Government managers with timely high quality services for a reasonable price, maximizing innovation and cost reduction initiatives.

The SeaPort-e procurement portal, whose core is a commercial off the shelf (COTS) system, provides a secure automated procurement process that improves processing time and provides the ability to take advantage of numerous acquisition reform initiatives—including award term contracting, reverse auctioning, and electronic signatures—while still allowing program managers the ability to select solutions that meet their requirements.

The private SeaPort-e marketplace provides end-to-end Government to contractor support for acquiring services from the definition of requirements to contract close-out in a completely paperless and secure environment.
