Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) – Schedule 874
The U.S. General Services Administration’s (GSA) Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) Schedule 874 Contract is the second most widely used GSA Schedule in terms of sales. It serves as a resource for Federal agencies to secure management and consulting services to improve performance and meet Government-mandated objectives in a timely manner.
Contractors who successfully receive a GSA schedule contract award after going through a lengthy proposal process are assigned a GSA contract number. Acquisitions through GSA schedule contracts are issued using full and open competition. Prices have already been deemed fair and reasonable, and contracts comply with all applicable laws and regulations, reducing evaluation cycles. Purchases can be made directly from a contractor’s GSA schedule contract, eliminating time-consuming responses to complex RFPs and lengthy negotiations.
IEA has task orders on the MOBIS schedule that include work for the U.S. Army Intelligence Center and School providing subject matter experts for the Air Sensors Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (AISR) Program (contract GS-10F-0450P MOBIS). IEA provides program management, document design, technical writing, and graphics support services to the U.S. Army in support of that program, whose objective is to develop, define, document, and defend critical manned and unmanned AISR systems and their sensors/payloads systems.
