Biometrics Operations and Support Services – Restricted (BOSS-R)

BOSS-R is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle sponsored by the Biometrics Task Force (BTF), in coordination with the Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Information Technology (IT), E-Commerce, and Commercial Contracting Center (ITEC 4). BOSS-R supports Department of Defense (DoD) enterprise biometrics goals and encompasses all requirements for biometrics services, supplies, and related hardware and software required to govern the DoD Biometrics Program and implement and manage biometrics solutions. BOSS-R covers three functional areas—technology management, independent validation and verification (IV&V), and management support services.

IEA’s BOSS-R team includes highly experienced biometric industry leaders with direct experience developing and supporting technologies, to include fingerprint scanning, full facial systems, 3D facial scanning, retinal scanning, and other biometrics developments. Our team has constructed numerous biometrics databases for Federal clients, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and DoD.
