Chief Executive Officer
John Cochran is a retired U.S. Army officer with more than 25 years of leadership experience in Government contracting and marketing management. His experience includes work within Government agencies and as an outside contractor to Government agencies to include the Department of Defense (DoD), Special Federal Agencies, General Services Administration (GSA), Department of Transportation (DOT), and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). He has also provided expert support to numerous commercial clients, including Northrop Grumman and General Dynamics. Mr. Cochran’s areas of expertise include marketing, business development, program/project management, and Government proposal development.
In 1999, Mr. Cochran founded Ian, Evan & Alexander Corporation (IEA) as a Service-Disabled, Veteran Owned (SDVO) Small Business. He has established a corporate vision and strategy and he is responsible for hiring and training staff, overseeing financials, and supervising all marketing and business development efforts. He manages all business aspects of the company and oversees the key accounts.
Mr. Cochran earned a Bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University in Industrial Technology and Education.
