Ian, Evan & Alexander Corporation (IEA) was founded in 1999 by John Cochran as a business development and capture management consulting company. Presently, IEA is a GSA schedule holder for MOBIS, VETS GWAC, Alliant Small Business, and AIMS, and is a prime vendor on Federal Aviation Administration eFAST, Department of State PTAPSS, Navy SeaPort-e, and Department of Defense BOSS-R. IEA also holds other prime and subcontracts at U.S. Army, Department of Veterans Affairs, DoS, FAA, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, National Institutes of Health, and Nuclear Regulatory Commission, among others.
